An innocent smile…

One day few people came to see her, she was learning Time And Cost from maths.

Which was followed by restriction on her school-going.
Also, Her pink bag was snatched from her.

Then
She got married off.

A 16-year-old girl forcefully turned into a woman.

An innocent smile
got buried under the veil
For…
Perhaps forever.

A pink bag still hanging on the bolt, yearning for a soulmate.
Her books got faded.
Perhaps she understood the Time and Cost better than anyone.
